New Fiction in Sept/Oct 2024

It’s a very busy start to the Autumn months in terms of fiction releases, full of big name releases: many of which we’re hosting events for! Rachel Kushner, Garth Greenwell, Jacqueline Wilson (!), Graeme Macrae Burnet, and Daisy Johnson will be joining us before the end of October. Molly is thrilled to see a new a new Richard Powers book on the shelves, and Playground is sure to live up to expectations; Ness is catching up with Freya Marske’s Swordcrossed; and Lily and Jenna are both ecstatic over new novels by Sally Rooney, the much-awaited Intermezzo, and Nobel Laureate Olga Tokarczuk, with the intriguingly premised The Empusium. But a special word to say how excited we are to host the launch of Gliff, by Scotland’s very own Ali Smith. This is a shop of Smith fanatics, and we’re delighted to host her.
