Zhining Ma Author

Zhining Ma completed his PhD, on which this volume is based, at the National Institute of Labour Studies, Flinders University, Australia, in 2009. He spent more than ten years working for various multinational companies in China before commencing his doctoral studies. Dr Ma’s current research focuses on China’s institutional industrial relations in the reform era.
