Daniel C.W. Tsang is a Professor and MSc Programme Leader in Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Pao Yue-Kong Chair Professor in State Key Laboratory of Clean Energy Utilization at Zhejiang University. Dan strives to develop low-carbon engineering solutions to ensure sustainable urban development and attain carbon neutrality.
