Yiannis Koumpouros (BSc, MSc, MBA, PhD) is Ass. Professor in the University of West Attica, Department of Public and Community Health. Specialized in health informatics, e-health, m-health, telemedicine, assistive technologies, rehabilitation, users satisfaction assessment, and strategic management. Expert for the European Commission in the e-health and m-health sectors, and evaluator of numerous R&D projects. Responsible for the WHODAS 2.0 scale cultural adaptation for the World Health Organization in Greece. Top-level managerial experience in the private and public healthcare sector (chairman of hospitals, member of the board of directors, business development and strategic management director, etc.). Chairman of several committees in the Ministry of Development. Regular member of the Consultative Technical Council (Ministry of Internal Public Administration and Decentralisation), etc. He has published more than 70 papers in reputed journals and conferences and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute. He has participated in more than 50 R&D funded projects in the field of healthcare and ICTs.

Angelos Georgoulas (MEng, PhD), is Adjunct Assistant Professor and Research Associate at the University of West Attica, teaching a number of undergraduate courses both in the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Health and Caring Professions. He has completed his undergraduate, postgraduate taught and doctoral studies at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens, Greece. His related areas of expertise include mobile applications development, digital security, medical informatics, e-health and m-health Applications. Dr. Georgoulas has published several scientific papers in international journals and conferences. He is also registered expert for the European Commission, participating in several peer review panels for various programmes, proposals and projects in the field of healthcare and ICTs (e.g. FP7, HORIZON 2020, etc). He is a Chartered Engineer by the Technical Chamber of Greece (1999) and member of the IEEE, the Greek Society of Biomedical Technology, the Hellenic Association of Computer & Communication Engineers and the Hellenic Association of Electrical & Mechanical Engineers.

Georgia Kremmyda is a Dr Civil Engineer, currently appointed as the Civil Engineering Degree Leader in the School of Engineering at The University of Warwick. Georgia received her PhD degree in Earthquake Engineering, an MSc degree in Tunnelling and Underground Structures and an MEng degree in Structural Engineering from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Greece. In her current role she is responsible for the delivery and management of teaching at undergraduate and MSc level in Civil Engineering within the School of Engineering, providing leadership in curriculum development, administration, liaison with industry and other activities. Georgia also holds more than 12 years experience in the Industry on leading positions. Her teaching and research interests are oriented to: Earthquake Engineering; Reliability analysis and probability of failure of structures; Precast Concrete Structures; Structural Dynamics.
