William K. Rawson is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Latham and Watkins and chairs the firm's Environment, Land and Resources Department in that office. He has lectured on TSCA, EPCRA, OSHA, and other topics, and coauthored the first edition of the TSCA Deskbook (ELI Press).
