Simon Darcy is a Professor of social inclusion in the UTS Business School at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia. He specialises in developing inclusive organisational approaches for diversity groups and understanding the social impact of organisations and individuals. Simon is also a person with a high level spinal cord injury and power wheelchair user who brings an insider’s understanding to research and engagement.
Paul Kitchin is a Senior Lecturer at Ulster University, UK. His major research interests explore commercial health, youth and disability within sport.
Tracey Dickson is an Associate Professor in Events and Tourism Management in the Faculty of Business, Government and Law at the University of Canberra, Australia. Her major areas of research include accessible tourism, snow sport safety, risk management, and mega event volunteers. Tracey has a love of Alpine environments where she is an accredited ski instructor who also instructs in adaptive skiing for people with disability.
Juan Luis Paramio-Salcines is a Senior Lecturer in sport management at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, Spain. He has been researching at the intersection of corporate social responsibility, stadium management and the development of accessibility in sport since the mid-1990s, both from a theoretical and applied perspective.
