Taliman Sluga Author

Taliman Sluga is a cultural mediator, working at local museums to illustrate how "eating and drinking" changes throughout historical epoches and regional circumstances. Since 2005 he works as a cookbook author and initiated the Cookbook Fair in Graz as well as the Austrian Cookbook Award "Prix Prato" in 2011.
