Tom Angotti is professor emeritus of Urban Policy and Planning at Hunter College, the Graduate Center, and City University of New York, as well as the former director of the Hunter College Center for Community Planning & Development. He is adjunct professor at Parsons/The New School and the author of New York for Sale: Community Planning Confronts Global Real Estate, which won the 2009 Davidoff Book Award.

Sylvia Morse is Program Manager for Policy at Pratt Center for Community Development. She is former supervising policy analyst for the New York City Mayor's Office of Management and Budget and received her Master of Urban Planning degree from CUNY Hunter College. She is committed to affordable housing, community-based planning, and racial and economic justice.
