Susanna Hoe Author

Susanna Hoe and Derek Roebuck, wife and husband authors, are based in Oxford. She writes women's history, including the series 'Of Islands and Women'; he continues his multi-volume history of mediation and arbitration. They wrote together 'The Taking of Hongkong: Charles and Clara Elliot in China Waters' (Curzon Press 1997, Hong Kong University Press 2007)
