Nancy Robert is a recognized leader in healthcare product strategy, development, and marketing. She is the founder of Polaris Solutions, a digital health care product company. Formerly she served as the ANA Enterprise EVP, Chief Product and Marketing Officer. Dr. Robert led interdisciplinary teams focused on domestic and international business development opportunities, product teams to design and implement innovative global nursing education products, and digital marketing teams supporting ANA Enterprise initiatives. She was instrumental in the design of ANCC’s patented System and Method for Assembling and Analyzing a Candidate Application for a Credential—an innovative software application that streamlines the credentialing approval process. She is the 2018 Chief Learning Officer Gold Innovation Award winner and an advisory board member for SNHU nursing online and educational programs. She received the UC College of Nursing Outstanding Alumni Award and the Legacy Award for Outstanding Career Achievement.

Kathy Chappell is the Senior Vice President of Accreditation, Certification, Measurement, and the Institute for Credentialing Research and Quality Management at the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is responsible for certification of individual registered nurses and advanced practice registered nurses; and development of certification examinations. She is responsible for the accreditation of organizations that provide continuing nursing education and interprofessional continuing education; and for accreditation of residency and fellowship programs for nurses. She also directs the Institute for Credentialing Research, analyzing outcomes related to credentialing, and the quality management department. She holds a baccalaureate in nursing with distinction from the University of Virginia, a masters of science in advanced clinical nursing, and a doctorate in nursing from George Mason University. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing and a Distinguished Scholar & Fellow in the National Academies of Practice.

Susan Finlayson is recognized as a national expert on leadership development and strategic planning. She has over 30 years of nursing experience and is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. During her tenure at Mercy Medical Center, Dr. Finlayson was responsible for attaining Magnet® status recognition, moving into a brand new hospital, and having Mercy be recognized as one of the top hospitals in Maryland. She received a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Widener University. Because of her many outstanding achievements in the nursing profession, Dr. Finlayson was recognized as one of the top 100 women in Maryland.
