Dr Natalia Yakovleva is a Senior Lecturer in International Business Strategy at Newcastle University Business School, Newcastle University London, UK. She is an Associate Director of Newcastle University Institute for Sustainability, promoting research and collaboration on SDG12 Responsible Consumption and Production. She specialises in research on corporate social responsibility, sustainable business and corporate-community relations. Natalia holds a PhD in Environmental Studies from University of Sunderland, UK and BSc in Economics from Yakutsk State University, Russia. Her current research focuses on the protection of indigenous peoples during industrial projects in the Russian North. Natalia has published in internationally refereed journals such as Nature, Journal of World Business, Journal of Cleaner Production and Journal of Business Ethics. She is an author of the book on Corporate Social Responsibility in the Mining Industries (2005, Taylor & Francis).


Dr Regina Frei is a Senior Lecturer in Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain Management at the University of Portsmouth, UK. She is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and the Institute for Supply Management (ISM), and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Regina holds an MSc in Micro-engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) and a PhD in Distributed Manufacturing and Robotics from the New University of Lisbon, Portugal. Her research interests are in Reverse Supply Chains, Sustainability, Circular Economy and Remanufacturing.  She has recently worked on product returns in retail, with a focus on the ‘buy online, return to store’ scenario, investigating how to streamline the returns processes and make them more circular.
Dr Sudhir Rama Murthy is a Research Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is also an Early Career Research Fellow at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, and a member of the Senior Common Room at St Antony’s College, Oxford. His research interests are in sustainable manufacturing, stakeholder management and responsible business. His recent work is on management frameworks and accounting frameworks in which corporations accommodate the interests of various stakeholders. He was a recipient of the Dr Manmohan Singh Scholarship from St John’s College, University of Cambridge, for his PhD in Engineering. He holds a master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Science. Sudhir's broad motivation is in sustainable industrialisation of the developing world.
