Larry Achiampong is a British Ghanaian artist who works in film, sculpture, installation, sound, collage, music and performance. Drawing on popular culture and his communal and personal heritage, his work explores post-colonial and post-digital identity, and the deeply entrenched inequalities in contemporary society. Recent projects include commissions with The Line, London; De la Warr Pavilion; the Liverpool Biennial 2021 and Art on the Underground, Roundel designs for TfL Westminster, London (2019). Achiampong is a recipient of the Stanley Picker Fellowship (2020), the Paul Hamlyn Foundation’s Award for Artists (2019) and he is a Jarman Award-nominated artist (2018 & 2021). JJ Charlesworth is a writer and art critic. Shay Thompson is a presenter and journalist who works in games and entertainment. Executive Director, Knowledge and Collections at the BFI Bobby Barry is a writer and artist who works with sound, text, moving image and performance. Ekow Eshun is a writer, journalist, broadcaster and curator. Evan Narcisse is a comic book writer, journalist and video game narrative designer. Clive Nwonka is Associate Professor in Film, Culture and Society at UCL.
