Dr. Kamil Reza Khondakar obtained his doctoral degree from the Centre of Personalised Nanomedicine at Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology, The University of Queensland, Australia. He is currently involved in the multiple surface marker profiling of cancer cells and monitor the drug sensitivity effect on the cell surface markers in a Raman (SERS) based microfluidic chip. The aim of his studies is focused on the development of next-generation diagnostics chips for multiple biomarker detection on a single chip to understand the tumor heterogeneity and provide an early detection strategy for cancer management. He received awards and honors due to his contributions to the field of biomedical technology. He was awarded International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (IPRS) from Government of Australia, and University of Queensland Centennial Scholarship (UQCent) from The University of Queensland, Australia. He was invited to give a talk at ‘Biosensor 2018’ conference at Miami, USA. Dr. Shafiq Ul Rehman is an Assistant Professor specializing in Cybersecurity, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0, Cloud/Edge Computing, Applied Cryptography, and Artificial Intelligence (ML/DL). Dr. Shafiq received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Science Malaysia (USM), Malaysia. He has previously worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), Singapore from 2017 to 2020. He has authored and co-authored almost 50 articles in journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters. Dr. Shafiq is involved in various organizations locally and globally. While building his profile academically, he is still very involved in industrial projects involving machine-to-machine communication, IoT in healthcare, secure protocol design, Industry 4.0, and emerging technologies using open-source platforms. He has experience building advanced systems for IPv6 Internet protocol, IoT devices, and Cloud/Edge computing architecture
