Scott Martin is a retired US Navy reserve officer, living history re-enactor and historical wargamer. A passionate American Revolution, Civil War, Napoleonic, and World War II military history enthusiast, he has published eight book reviews for Military Review, The Professional Journal of the United State Army and On Point: The Journal of Army History magazine on these subjects. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the US Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Bernard Harris is a retired US Army officer, living history re-enactor and historical wargamer. A passionate African American military history enthusiast, he is the award-winning author of We Are The Stevedores – Give Us Our Due (Unheard Voices, Untold Stories, Volume 2, March 2016) and four articles in the Ethnic and Racial Minorities in the US Military: An Encyclopedia (February 2013). He is a former Assistant Professor of Logistics and is currently a Curriculum Operations Support Specialist all for the US Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, as well as a veteran of both the Bravo Company 54th Massachusetts and 4th USCT Reenactment Regiments. He divides his time between Kansas and the rest of the world. Graham Turner is a leading historical artist, specializing in the medieval period. He has illustrated numerous titles for Osprey, covering a wide variety of subjects from the dress of the 10thcentury armies of the Caliphates, through the action of bloody medieval battles, to the daily life of the British Redcoat of the late 18th century. The son of the illustrator Michael Turner, Graham lives and works in Buckinghamshire, UK.
