Rouben Paul Adalian Author

Rouben Paul Adalian holds a Ph.D. in history from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a specialist on Armenian and the Caucasus. He is the Director of the Armenian National Institute in Washington, D.C., and, among other places, he has taught at George Washington University. He is the author of Armenia and Karabagh Factbook and associate editor of Encyclopedia of Genocide.
