20 years ago Roberto Payer established restaurant Roberto's. He is one of the most famous Italians in Holland and is the director of Hilton Amsterdam and Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam. He is the president of the Italian chamber of commerce in The Netherlands, and is certified by 'Marchio Ospitalita Italiana', controlling the quality of Italian restuarants worldwide.
