Robert L Jackson is president of Murray State University. He formerly served MSU as the president and chief executive officer of the Murray State University Foundation, Inc., the senior advisor to the university for state and federal governmental relations, and as a Kentucky state Senator. Sean J. McLaughlin is the special collections and exhibits director at Murray State University. He is the author of JFK and de Gaulle: How America and France Failed in Vietnam, 1961-1963 (University Press of Kentucky, 2019). Sarah Marie Owens is a library specialist at Murray State University where she works on promoting the Pogue Special Collections and University Archives.
