The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Section on Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics works to optimize the relationship between primary care and subspecialists, provide education and disseminate strategies to support quality clinical practice, and advocate on behalf of children and providers.

Robert G. Voigt, MD, FAAP is a professor of pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine and director of the Texas Children's Hospital Autism Center and the Meyer Center for Developmental Pediatrics. Dr. Voigt has served on the Executive Committee and as Program Chair of the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics and as Chair of the Subboard of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics for the American Board of Pediatrics.

Michelle M. Macias, MD, FAAP is a professor of pediatrics and chief of the Division of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics at the Medical University of South Carolina.  Dr. Macias has served as chairperson of the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics and as president of the Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics.

Scott M. Myers, MD, FAAP is a neurodevelopmental pediatrician and associate professor of pediatrics at the Geisinger Health System Autism & Developmental Medicine Institute. Dr. Myers has served on the Executive Committee of the American Academy of Pediatrics Council on Children With Disabilities.

Carl D. Tapia, MD, MPH, FAAP is an assistant professor of pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine.
