Robert F. Cochran, Jr., is the Louis D. Brandeis Professor and director of the Institute on Law, Religion, and Ethics at the Pepperdine University School of Law. He is the author of over 35 articles and books, including Cases and Materials on the Legal Profession, Christian Perspectives on Legal Thought, and Lawyers, Clients, and Moral Responsibility. Robert M. Ackerman is professor of law and director of the Center for Dispute Resolution at Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School of Law.
