Rob Bier Author

Rob Bier is an executive coach and organizational consultant with thirty years’ experience helping founders of start-ups and scale-ups to create high-performing organizations, with eight unicorns in his client portfolio. He is the Managing Partner of Trellis, a firm specializing in helping growth companies to successfully scale. He is also Chairman of MoneySmart in Singapore and serves on the Advisory Board of Crypto.com. 

Rob was previously a venture capitalist and an entrepreneur, and prior to that, he led the London office of the management consulting firm Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte) where he was a partner in its Organizational Effectiveness practice. 

He grew up in Tucson, Arizona and earned an engineering degree from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard. He now lives in Singapore with his children, Ava and Nate, and his dogs, Hoffmann and Rosie Bagel.
