Steven M. Albert, PhD, MS, is Professor and Chair of the Department of Behavioral and Community Health Sciences (BCHS), Graduate School of Public Health, University of Pittsburgh. Professor Raymond Albert, JD, MSW, is Director of the Law and Social Policy Program at Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, where he has been working with students and colleagues to make sense of socio-legal issues since 1980.
