Jieh-Ren Chang received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in nuclear science engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, in 1986 and 1988, respectively. He is currently a professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Ilan University (NIU), Taiwan. He is the Dean of the library and Information center and is also in charge of the Intelligent Information Retrieval Laboratory at at NIU. Prior to joining NIU, he had served at The Missile Manufacturing Institute of the Sun Yat-sen Academy of Sciences under the Ministry of National Defense of Taiwan served as a technician, He also had worked for System Studies & Simulation Incoperation which is a real time simulation company in United State of America. After worked at NIU, he successively served as the head of the library management team, the head of the system team and the Dean of the library, and also served as the deputy director and director of the student affairs office. He had created several software system for some goverment organization and industrial companies. His current research interests are in image processing, knowledge discovery from databases and Internet web, machine deep learning, and data mining, embedded systems, AIOT systems on industrial manufacturing process and innovative combination of information and communication technologies.

Abhishek Sharma received his B.E, in Electronics Engineering from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, India, and Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Genoa, Italy. He is presently working as an Associate professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at The LNM Institute of Information and Technology, Jaipur, RJ, India. He is also a member of IEEE, Computer Society and Consumer Electronics Society, a Lifetime member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), a Lifetime member of Advanced Computing Society (ACS), India , and a Life Member of the Computer Society of India (CSI). He is also the coordinator of the ARM university partner program, Texas Instruments Lab, and Intel Intelligent Lab in the present Institute. Sulabh Bansal (PhD, Senior Member IEEE) is Associate Professor at Manipal University Jaipur. He has a comprehensive experience of around 22 Years in the area of Information Technology and Computer Science working on software application development, research projects and academics. He graduated as Bachelor of Engineering from Shivaji University Kolhapur in 2000. He completed M.Tech. in 2012 and Ph.D. in the area of algorithms for optimization problems from Dayalbagh Educational Institute in 2017. He is senior member of IEEE, a Lifetime member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), a member of Association for Computing Machinery India Council (ACM India Counsil). He has published several research papers in several SCI and Scopus indexed journals and presented his work in different international conferences. He has been actively delivery key notes at different national and international academic events. He has been supervising several B.Tech. and M.Tech. projects and PhD scholars during is experience. His research interest includes evolutionary algorithms, optimization problems, quantum inspired computing and machine learning.

Prakash Chandra Sharma is currently working as Associate Professor in School of of Information Technology at Manipal University Jaipur, India. He has received his honored degree of Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Indore in discipline of Computer Science & Engineering. He completed his Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering discipline from SGSITS Indore. He has experience of teaching and research of more than 16 years in various areas of Computer Science & Engineering. His research interest includes Graph Theory, Theoretical Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Image Processing and Soft Computing. The key subjects, he has taught at UG and PG levels include Data Structures & Algorithms, Theory of Computation, Operating System, Compiler Design, Artificial Intelligence, Semantic Web, Graph Theory, Soft Computing, Discrete Mathematics and many more. He has published number of research papers in various International Journals indexed in SCI/Scopus, and in Proceedings of the reputed International/ National Conferences as well. He has also published number of book chapters in various edited book with reputed publishers like Elsevier, Springer, CRC Press, Willey etc. He is active reviewer and editorial member of various reputed International Journals in his research areas. He is a member of various Professional International Societies (including IEEE, CSI, IAENG, Institute of Engineers India). He is recipient of many awards and recognitions at national level.
