Paul Vandenbeg is a visiting professor at Thammasat University in Bangkok, Thailand. He is on leave from the Asian Development Bank. Pornpinun Chantapacdepong is a research fellow at the Asian development bank Institute. She specializes in the areas of monetary policy, exchange rate policy, international capital flows, volatility in asset prices, and central bank balance sheets. Naoyuki Yoshino is is Dean of the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) and Professor Emeritus at Keio University, Tokyo.
