Dr. Gururaj H L is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Manipal Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, India. He holds a Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi 2019. He has 13 years of teaching and research experience at both UG and PG levels. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and ACM. He is the founder of Wireless Internetworking Group (WiNG). Dr. Gururaj was appointed as ACM Distinguish Speaker (2018-2021) by the ACM US council and he is one among 15 speakers across India. He received a YOUNG SCIENTIST AWARD from ITS-SERB, Department of Science & Technology, Government of India in December 2016. He also received the BEST PROJECT GUIDE award consecutively for four years at Malnad College of Engineering, India during 2015, 2016, and 2017. He is an Editorial Board member of various International Journals. He has published more than 75 research articles in peer reviewed and reputed international journals. He has presented more than 30 papers at various international conferences. He worked as a reviewer for various journals and conferences. He also received Best paper awards at various National and International Conferences. He has delivered more than 100 technical talks across the globe. He has honored as Session Chair, Keynote Speaker, TPC member, Advisory committee member at National and International Seminars, Workshops, and Conferences across Globe. He received grants from CSIR and AICTE (Government o India) to organize International Conference. He has International Collaboration with top-notch researchers from the University of Texas, the University of Houston, and many more. His research interests include BlockChain Technology, Cyber Security, Wireless Sensor networks, Ad-hoc networks, IoT, Data Mining, Cloud Computing, and Machine Learning.

Dr. Pooja M R is currently working as Professor and Head in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Mysuru. She has more than 40 research publications in peer reviewed international journals and international conferences. Her research interests include Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics and Health informatics. She has received appreciation for her multidisciplinary research with substantial contributions in the field of Health Informatics and Artificial Intelligence. She is nominated as Bentham Ambassador from INDIA in recognition of her research in Medical Informatics.She has been selected as Editorial Board Member for various peer reviewed international journals. Besides being honoured as session chair she has been the member of the Technical Program Committee of various international conferences. She has delivered talks as an invited speaker at various international conferences including COPD-2021 ,CWC-2021, World Conference on Pediatrics and Neonatal Healthcare,Global Conference on Healthcare held in North Macedonia, Turkey, US and UK. She has been a resource person for AICTE sponsored Faculty Development Programmes on both Data Science and Cyber Security.She has been the Speaker on Data Science at Annual International Meet on Women in Data Science -2021.She is a member of various international professional Bodies. She has attended various workshops organized by AICTE for implementation of Outcome Based Education and has been a resource person for the same. As the Program Chair for AICDMB-2023, she was instrumental in planning and organizing the AICTE sponsored Fourth Annual International Conference on Data Science, Machine Learning and Blockchain Technology

Francesco Flammini got with honors his master (2003) and doctoral (2006) degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II, Italy. He is currently a Full Professor of Computer Science with a focus on Cyber-Physical Systems at Mälardalen University (Sweden) and the Technical Manager of the RAILS EU funded research project about Artificial Intelligence in the railway domain. He has been a Senior Lecturer and the chair of the Cyber-Physical Systems group at Linnaeus University (Sweden). He has worked for 15 years in private and public companies, including Ansaldo STS (now Hitachi Rail) and IPZS (Italian State Mint and Polygraphic Institute), on large international projects addressing intelligent transportation systems, critical infrastructure protection and cybersecurity, as a technical leader and unit head. His most current research interests are about safe autonomous systems and trustworthy AI. He has been an ACM Distinguished Speaker, an IEEE Senior Member, the Chair of the IEEE SMC Technical Committee on Homeland Security. He is also a member of the ERCIM Working Group on Formal Methods for Industrial Critical Systems (FMICS). He has (co)authored 100+ scientific publications and he has served a s a chair, invited speaker, steering/program committee member, and editor for several ACM/IEEE-sponsored international conferences and journals.
