Dr. Bernadette "Bern" Mazurek Melnyk, PhD, APRN-CNP, FAANP, FNAP, FAAN, is Vice President for Health Promotion, University Chief Wellness Officer, Helene Fuld Health Trust Professor of Evidence-based Practice and Dean of the College of Nursing at The Ohio State University where she also is a Professor of Pediatrics and Psychiatry in the College of Medicine as well as Executive Director of the Helene Fuld Health Trust National Institute for Evidence-based Practice. She is recognized nationally and globally for her clinical knowledge and expertise in evidence-based practice, child and adolescent mental health, and intervention research as well as her innovative approaches to health and wellness. She is sought after as a keynote speaker at national and international conferences and has presented hundreds of workshops on health and wellness, child and adolescent mental health, and evidence-based practice for healthcare systems, national organizations, and corporations throughout the nation and globe.

Pamela Lusk, DNP, RN, PMHNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN, is Associate Professor of Clinical Nursing and Director of the KySS Online Child and Adolescent Mental Health Program at The Ohio State University College of Nursing. Pam received her BSN from Spalding University in Louisville, KY. She earned her MSN from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill as a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist - Child/ Adolescent. After years of practice, she returned for a post-master's certificate as a Psychiatric/ Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Arizona State University. Pam has worked in all areas of Child/ Adolescent Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing, including inpatient units, community mental health settings and most recently as an integrated behavioral health provider (PMHNP) in rural Federally Qualified Health Centers. She currently practices as the integrated PMHNP in a large pediatric practice in Prescott, Arizona.
