Armand L.C. de Mestral, C.M., is Emeritus Professor of Law and former Acting Director of the Institute of Air and Space Law at McGill University, Montréal. He teaches and writes on International Law, International Trade Law, Air Law, EU Law, and Constitutional Law, and has served on dispute settlement and arbitral panels under Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the World Trade Organization (WTO). P. Paul Fitzgerald is a former Member of the Canadian Transportation Agency and an Adjunct Professor at McGill's Institute of Air and Space Law. He is an internationally-recognized expert in aviation law, who has taught, lectured, presented and published in Canada, the United States, Western Europe, the Middle East, South Asia and Singapore. Md. Tanveer Ahmad is an Associate Member and former Executive Director of the Centre for Research in Air and Space Law at McGill University, Montréal. He has extensively published in the area of Environmental Law and Aviation Law.
