Onkar N. Singh is the editor of Electromagnetic Fields in Unconventional Materials and Structures, published by Wiley. Akhlesh Lakhtakia is Evan Pugh University Professor and Charles Godfrey Binder Professor of Engineering Science and Mechanics at the Pennsylvania State University.
