Tracey Gaines is a media make-up tutor in a further education college. She has experience as an examiner, moderator and qualification writer for a major awarding body. Before moving into teaching, Tracey worked as a hair and make-up artist in the film, TV, theatre and fashion industries.

Nicki Purchase has worked in the beauty and make-up industry for over 10 years -in spas and salons, as well as a freelance make-up artist focusing on bridal make-up, catwalk shows, TV commercials, local theatre productions and short feature films. She has taught media make-up qualifications in a further education college and private training provider and is a chief examiner, principal moderator and qualification developer for a major awarding body.
