Originally from Montreal, Marc J. O'Reilly is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Heidelberg College, where he teaches courses on Canadian foreign policy and other International Relations subjects. His work on Canadian foreign policy has appeared in The Journal of Commonwealth & Comparative Politics, The American Review of Canadian Studies, and International Public Opinion and the Bosnia Crisis (Lexington Books). Patrick James is Professor of International Relations at the University of Southern California (PhD, University of Maryland, College Park). James is the author of ten books and over a hundred articles and book chapters. Nelson Michaud is Associate professor of Political Science and International Relations, Chair of the Groupe d'études, de recherche et de formation internationales (GERFI), and Chair of the Laboratoire d'étude sur les politiques publiques et la mondialisation at the École nationale d'administration publique; he is Fellow of the Canadian Defence and foreign Affairs Institute, Researcher-Member of the Institut Québécois des Hautes Études Internationales, Associate Researcher at the Centre d'études interaméricaines and Research fellow at the Centre for foreign policy studies (Dalhousie University).
