Natasha Wood has worked in the Early Years for nine years and has built a great breadth of knowledge in child development and play. She holds a postgraduate degree in Special Educational Needs and is currently an Early Years Phase Leader, a Safeguarding Lead, a Special Educational Needs Coordinator and a Forest School Leader.
