Prof. Geetam Singh Tomar received his undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics Engineering from the Institution of Engineers Calcutta, MNREC Allahabad, and RGPV Bhopal, respectively. He has also received a second Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Bristol, UK, and a postdoc from the University of Kent, UK. He has worked with MITS and IIITM Gwalior, the University of Kent, UK, and the University of West Indies, Trinidad, and Tobago. He has served as the director of many reputed engineering institutes along with the additional charge of the Director of Machine Intelligence Research Labs, Gwalior, India. He also served in the Indian Air Force for 17 Years. Prof. Tomar has many sponsored research projects to his credit, received the International Plato Award for academic excellence from the IBC, Cambridge, UK, in 2009, has published more than 180 research papers, and holds two patents. Currently, he is working as the Director at THDC Institute of Hydropower Engineering and Technology, New Tehri, Uttarakhand, India.

Prof. Narendra S. Chaudhari received his B.Tech. (EE), M.Tech. (CSE), and Ph.D. (CSE) degrees from the IIT Bombay, India. He has worked with many national and international universities, including Nanyang Technological University, Singapore; Devi Ahilya University, Indore; and ITM University, Gwalior. He has served as the director of reputed institutes like the VNIT Nagpur and MNIT Bhopal. He has contributed significant research work on game AIs, novel neural networks models, context-free grammar parsing, and the graph isomorphism problem. He has more than 300 publications to his credit, including four authored books, five edited books, and 11 book chapters. Currently, he is serving as Vice-Chancellor of Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, India.

Prof. Jorge Luis Victória Barbosa received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Porto Alegre, Brazil. He subsequently conducted postdoctoral studies at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU), Suwon, South Korea. Jorge is currently a Full Professor at the Applied Computing Graduate Program (PPGCA) of the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS), head of the university’s Mobile Computing Lab (MOBILAB), and a researcher at the Brazilian Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). His main research interests are mobile and ubiquitous computing, context prediction using context histories, and ubiquitous computing applications mainly in health, u-accessibility and learning (u-learning).

Mahesh Kumar Aghwariya is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, THDC Institute of Hydropower Engineering and Technology, New Tehri, Uttarakhand, India. Over the past seven years, he has made notable contributions to research in microwave engineering. He has many papers in prominent national and international journals to his credit. His main area of interest is microwave and RF engineering.
