Mike Holmes has been fishing the Texas coast since the mid-1970s. A licensed charter boat captain since 1982, he is the award-winning author of hundreds of articles on fishing published in such publications as Outdoor Life, Boating, Sportfishing, and Saltwater Sportsman. A columnist for Southern Boating, and Saltwater Texas, and Texas Fish & Game.
