Michalis Doumpos is Professor at the School of Production Engineering and Management of the Technical University of Crete, Greece. His research interests include multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM), decision support systems, business analytics, financial risk management, and energy economics. He has published more than 90 papers in premier research journals and co-authored more than 10 books with international publishers. In recognition of his research work, he was awarded the MCDM Gold Medal of the International Society on MCDM (2019).
Fernando A. F. Ferreira is Associate Professor w/Habilitation at the ISCTE Business School of the University Institute of Lisbon (Portugal). He is also Adjunct Research Professor at the Fogelman College of Business and Economics of the University of Memphis (TN, USA). His research interests include multiple criteria decision analysis (MCDA), strategic decision making and integrated systems for performance measurement and risk analysis in finance, insurance, banking and real estate.
Constantin Zopounidis is Professor of Financial Engineering and Operations Research at the Technical University of Crete (Greece), Distinguished Research Professor at Audencia Business School (France), Senior Academician of the Royal Academy of Economics and Financial Sciences of Spain, and President of the Financial Engineering and Banking Society (FEBS). He has edited and authored 70 books with international publishers and more than 400 research papers in scientific journals, edited volumes, conference proceedings and encyclopedias in the areas of finance, accounting, operations research, and management science. In recognition of his research work, he has received several awards from international research societies such as the International Society on Multiple Criteria Decision Making (the MCDM Edgeworth-Pareto Award), the Decision Sciences Institute, the MOISIL International Foundation, ESCP Europe, and the Hellenic Operational Research Society.
