He is a trained economist and also holds the additional degree of Juris Doctor. He is an accredited mediator, arbitrator and dispute board member and has been a leader in the field of feasibility studies providing project analysis, feasibility analysis and economic direction to individuals, companies, governments, lenders and insurers for over 25 years.
