Dr. Merethe Drønnen Ph.D is Associate Professor II in the School of Business and Economics at The Arctic University of Norway in Tromsø, Norway and Managing Director of Positive Change. She has worked for 20 years as a personnel manager, pedagogical-psychological advisor, consultant, team leader, and Associate Professor.
