Megan C. Lytle, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC). Dr. Lytle's clinical work and and research focuses on multiculturalism, particularly the health and suicide disparities that are experienced by many lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQQ) individuals. Dr. Lytle is a licensed psychologist and co-chair of the American Psychological Association's Division 44 (Society for the Psychology of Sexual Orientation and Gender Diversity) Youth and Families Committee. She lives in Rochester, New York.

Richard A. Sprott, PhD, teaches in the Department of Human Development and Women's Studies at California State University, East Bay. He directs research projects focused on issues facing homeless LGBTQ youth, and health and well-being in people who express alternative sexualities and non-traditional relationships. He is co-chair of the Children, Youth and Families Committee of APA's Division 44 (Society for the Psychology of Sexual Orientation and Gender Diversity).
