Mayank Pandey Author & Editor

Dr. Kalim Deshmukh is a senior researcher at the New Technologies-Research Centre, University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, Czech Republic. He has over 15 years of research experience in the field of synthesis, characterization and structure-property relationship of a wide variety of polymeric materials, polymer blends and nanocomposites for various technological applications. His research interest is mainly focused on the synthesis, characterization and property investigations of polymer nanocomposites reinforced with different nanofillers including nanoparticles and carbon allotropes such as carbon black, carbon nanotubes, graphene, graphene oxide, graphene nanoplatelets and graphene quantum dots for potential electronic applications. He has over 80 research publications in peer-reviewed journals and 30 book chapters to his credit. He also has co-edited two books onthe topics “3D and 4D Printing of Polymer Nanocomposite Materials: Processes, Applications and Challenges” and “MXene and their Composites: Synthesis, Properties and Potential Applications” for Elsevier. He has actively participated and presented his research work in several international conferences and seminars. Also, he serves as a reviewer for several reputed international journals. Dr. Mayank Pandey is currently a Researcher in materials physics and electronics, at the Department of Electronics, at Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous), Bangalore, India. He has a research background in synthesis of graphene quantum dots (GQDs)-based polymeric composites, polymer nanocomposites, polymer blends and composite electrolytes, organic semiconductor/organic solar cells, and their impedance spectroscopy analysis. While investigating the structural, optical and electronic properties of GQD-based materials, he also contributed to the development of new approaches in the field of nanocarbon derivatives. Dr. Pandey has received several research awards and has published numerous articles in reputed publications and high-impact journals.
