Massimo Durante Author

Massimo Duranteis Professor of Philosophy of Law and Legal Informatics at the University of Turin. He holds a Ph.D. in the Philosophy of Law from the University of Turin and a Ph.D. in Moral Philosophy from the Paris IV Sorbonne University. Author of several books, he has published numerous papers in Italian, English and French. He is Faculty Fellow of the Nexa Center for Internet and Society at the Polytechnic University of Turin, where he also serves on the Board of the Joint International Doctoral (Ph.D.) Degree in “Law, Science, and Technology”. His main interests are law and technology, information ethics, internet governance and information technology law, privacy and data protection law, and artificial intelligence and law.
