Martin Straka Author

Martin Straka is a photojournalist, television motorsports commentator and writer. Hes been a freelance journalist since 2011, having previously been employed as a journalist since 1992. He acquired extensive experience at the BPA sport agency and Charouz Racing System, where he worked for three years. Hes commentated automobile races on various television channels since 2005 (24 hours of Le Mans and WEC, IndyCar, Blancpain GT Series). His voice has regularly delivered commentary for races at the Masaryk Circuit in Brno and at the Slovakia Ring since 2013. His photographs have won a variety of awards, such as the 2007 Golden Eye Award for Best Motorsport Photography in the Czech Republic and the 2011 and 2015 Special Award of the City of Katowice in Silesian Journalistic Photography.
