Marc Steinhauer studied architecture and urban development in Stuttgart (B.Arch.) and Lausanne (M.Arch.) After graduation, Stuttgart-born Steinhauer moved to the UAE where he was involved in numerous construction projects worldwide. In Dubai and Abu Dhabi, he oversaw the Burj Khalifa (NORR GROUP) skyscraper, the Armani Hotel (NORR GROUP), the master plan of Palm Jebel Ali Nakheel), and a modern interpretation of the traditional mosque (WWF Architects). Martin Nicholas Kunz has been producing magazines, books, and digital media for more than 30 years. As an author and photographer, he has published more than 200 books on hotels, restaurants and travel.
