Katharine L. Loeb is Director of Research and Training at the Chicago Center for Evidence Based Treatment, Illinois. She is a Fellow in the Academy for Eating Disorders and in the Association for Psychological Science. Martha E. Gagliano is a retired pediatrician who has previously worked for Durham Pediatrics, part of the Duke University Health System, for thirty-five years and has held a Robert Wood Johnson pediatric fellowship at Duke University School of Medicine, North Carolina.
