Mark Sperring (Author) Mark Sperring previously worked at a printers and in a bookshop before turning his attention to writing. He is fast becoming an established picture book writer.Miriam Latimer (Illustrator) Miriam was born and brought up in St Albans, Hertfordshire and studied an Illustration degree at UWE Bristol, achieving a 1st class honours in 2003. Miriam loves marzipan and hates slugs.
