Mark Dando and Doug Richardson became business partners in 2000. They are the co-founders of Coloured Square, which provides specialist personal and professional development for individuals, teams and organisations. Prior to Coloured Square, Mark had experience in various HR, Management Development and coaching roles within Retail, whilst Doug gained wide UK and international experience in sales and general management positions, with organisations such as Procter & Gamble & Mattel Toys.
