Cynthia Moss is professor of psychology at the University of Maryland. She is the coeditor of Neuroethological Studies on Cognitive and Perceptual Processes. Marianne Vater is professor in and chair of the Department of Physiology and Cell Biology at the University of Potsdam, Germany.
