Alexander M. Teixeira Kalkhoff teaches romance linguistics at German and Austrian universities. His areas of interest include gestalt phonology, prosody, structuring of spoken language on all levels, construction grammar, and linguistic epistemology.


Maria Selig is teaching romance linguistics at the University of Regensburg.
Her research interests focus on language change and variation. She is especially interested in the spoken-written research paradigm and its impact on linguistics.


Christine Mooshammer is teaching phonetics and phonology at the Humboldt-
Universität zu, Berlin. The main focus of her research is on speech production on several levels as well as the role of prosody in production and perception.
