Dr. Marco Behrmann studied industrial and organizational psychologyin Mannheim, Hohenheim and Portland, USA. In 2010,he received his PhD degree at the Universitat Hohenheim on the topic of negotiation competence. From 2004 to 2008 he was project director in personnel assessment at S & F Personalpsychologie Managementberatung GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany.Since 2008, he has worked as consultant, trainer, and coachwith the CEVEYCONSULTING GmbH, Tubingen, Germany - a member of the CEVEYGROUP, with a North American branch in Vancouver, BC (CEVEYSYSTEMS North America Inc.). He also is a core faculty member at the ZfU International Business School, Zurich, Switzerland.As Senior Consultant, Marco's current consulting emphasis is in the areas of negotiation,leadership, sales, customer orientation, team development, and multi-cultural communication and collaboration.He consults with organizations and individuals (in English and German) on subjects such as performance orientation, performance management, leadership appraisal,management audit, assessment center, assessment of skills and personality as individualpotential, personnel selection, personnel development, and coaching of the individual.
