He is an Associate Scientist, Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd., Jalgaon. He also served as an editorial board member of Acta Scientific Journal of Agriculture (International) and Science Publishing Group (USA). He has a vast experience in the Molecular Breeding and Biotechnological aspects. He has worked for esteem organizations like MAHYCO, India Ltd. (Jalna); VNR seeds Pvt. Ltd. He is a member of the Society of Biotechnologist (India), and Microbiologist Society (Maharashtra), India. He has a vast experience in the field of Molecular Biology and has 14 years of teaching experience in the area of Molecular Biology, Genomics and Proteomics, Microbial Biotechnology, Genomics and Proteomics, and Entomological Research. He has published 16 international and 25 national papers and total 51 research publications till date with a wide range from Molecular Biology, Plant Genomics, Mutation Breeding, Molecular Breeding, Molecular Marker system and Plant Genomics.
