Dr. Jaspal Singh has done his Doctorate of Philosophy in Chemistry from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar. Dr. Singh is a double post graduate; M.Sc. Chemistry from IIT, Roorkee, Uttrakhand, India and M.E. in Polymer Chemistry from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi. He is engaged in research work related to chemical kinetics, synthesis of drug, polymer science basically in emulsion and emulsion paint technology. He is recipient of GATE 96, GATE 98, NET (UGC-CSIR) 2000. He has over 10 years of research/academic experience, over 40 publications in reputed international/national peer-reviewed scientific journals and supervised 4 successful Ph.D’s. Dr. Singh has visited several research laboratories and industry. He has chaired various technical sessions, organized several conferences, delivered invited talks and presented more than 60 research papers in national/international conferences. Dr. Jaspal has authored 3 books credited for his research work and some book chapters which are published at international level. Prof. R D Kaushik is a renowned name in the educational field of chemistry. He has over 40 years of academic/research experience, over 200 publications. Prof. Kaushik, has been the chairman of many conferences and also acted as member national/International Advisory committees of various conferences/ workshops and symposia. Prof. R. D. Kaushik had been the sectional recorder/ Secretary of Chemical sciences section of 98th and 99th annual conference of The Indian Science Congress association. He was the Sectional President of Chemical sciences section of 101st annual conference of The Indian Science Congress association. Prof. R D Kaushik is on the panel of reviewers/ referees of various reputed journals like Journal of molecular liquids, Separation and purification technology, Corrosion Science, Journal of Hazardous materials, Proceedings of combustion institute and journal of Industrial & Engineering Chemistry etc. Malvika Chawla is pursuing Ph.D. in Chemistry from Department of Chemistry, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidylaya, Haridwar since 2016. Her work is focused on the development of an affordable drug for the treatment of asthma. She is a gold medallist in Masters of Pharmacy. Malvika has also worked as a “Project Trainee” at Dabur R&D Centre, Dabur India Ltd. She has over 7 publications in reputed international/national peer-reviewed scientific journals, presented more than 10 research papers in national/international conferences, published articles in magazines and newspapers, three internationally published books credited for her research work and 4 internationally published book chapters.
