S. Thothadri :- Assistant Professor, PG & Research Department of Commerce, The New College (Autonomous), Chennai. He has over 17 years of teaching experience. He is a prolific author of books on Business Law, Taxation Law & Practice, Legal Aspects of Business, Company Law etc. He is an Editorial Board Member and Reviewer of Journal of Human Resource Management, Science Publishing Group, USA. Presently guiding 8 Ph. D Research Scholars.

She is currently pursuing her Ph. D in University of Madras. Her areas of interest include Human Resource Management, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour and Finance. She has presented many papers at National and International level seminars.
