Lukasz Sulkowski is professor of economics specializing in the management sciences. He works as professor at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and Director of the Academic Development Centre and the Clark University degree program in the University of Social Sciences. He published over 300 publications and seven monographs on cognitive and methodological problems of management and marketing, management of family enterprises, organizational culture and human capital and management in the medical sector. The author promoted eight doctoral dissertations defended at several universities in Poland. He is the editor-in-chief of Journal of Intercultural Management, chaired international conferences and sits on scientific boards. He is reviewer in several, well-known Polish and foreign scientific journals. The author participated in several international research projects funded by the EU Committee for Scientific Research and Ministry of Higher Education. Currently he coordinates the projects: ‘Cultural determinants of organizational changes in Polish hospitals’ and ‘Integrated reporting – new communication model of performance and social responsibility as a challenge for Polish companies’.
